Make check(s) payable to the AFNWPA.
Entry fees must accompany entries.
Entries received without payment will not be accepted.
Winners will be notified prior to February 29th, 2008 and will be
honored at the ADDY® Awards Event.
Entry Deadline
Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
January 12th - January 16th, 2009
Late entries accepted 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, January 17th, 2009
for an additional fee of $30 per entry.
Entries and entry fees should be sent to the Palace Centre, 915 State Street in downtown Erie.
No freight charges will be paid by the AFNWPA.
All entries become the property of AFNWPA and will
not be returned (unless other arrangements have been made by the
club or district).
